Abstract

El artículo parte de la hipótesis de la prevalencia de las nociones de autonomía y libertad en torno al derecho de propiedad privada frente al mundo más-que-humano. Asimismo, se delinea el concepto del enfoque capitalocéntrico del derecho de propiedad privada. Frente a este último, se propone que, para el cabal cumplimiento del Objetivo 15 de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible —en el contexto de crisis ecológica global—, es necesario impulsar los derechos ecologizadores del derecho de propiedad privada, así como otros principios y figuras jurídicas afines. Estos albergan el propósito de conservar y salvaguardar los ecosistemas terrestres, así como a los demás animales y seres vivos, por el valor que tienen en sí mismos y desde una perspectiva de responsabilidad y cuidado
