La vida sexual insegura como riesgo para cáncer cervicouterino en mujeres con displasia cervical

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a malignant disease that affects women mainly over 50 years old, ranks 2nd in cancer in women worldwide, in Mexico ranks 7th. The natural history of cervical cancer denotes premalignant lesions known as cervical dysplasias which in turn are identified as: cervical I or mild intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia II (moderate) and III (severe) finally the carcinoma in situ which is a lesion Initial cervical cancer. The greater frequency of this, is usually in ages older than 50 years, but at present cases have been detected in women of 30 years of age depending on the risk factors that surround the female population of sexual, reproductive, social origin , psychological, among others. The correlation between HPV infection and CaCU depends on the omission of condom or condom use, the initiation of sexual life in adolescence, unsafe sexuality, more than 3 sexual partners, history of sexually transmitted infections, first pregnancy during Adolescence, as well as the number of pregnancies and thetype of resolution, are the most frequent causes of the early onset of precursor lesions of cervical cancer. Although the latter is known, the results are negative, since the prevalence of cervical cancer has increased.
