Abstract

Depuis l'élimination en 1985 des glossines du centre ville de la capitale congolaise, la trypanosomose animale à trypanosoma congolense y a totalement disparu. Cependant, en périphérie Sud de Brazzaville parallélement à l'épizootie à t. congolense qui persite, une circulation à bas-bruit de Trypanosoma brucei gambiense a été mise en évidence tant chez l'homme que chez l'animal domestique.
