Ambiente de trabalho do enfermeiro na divis�o de enfermagem materno-infantil de um hospital universit�rio

Abstract

Objetivo: Analisar o ambiente de trabalho do enfermeiro na divis�o de enfermagem materno-infantil de um hospital universit�rio. M�todo: Pesquisa de m�todo misto com triangula��o concomitante de dados. Os dados quantitativos foram coletados com 32 enfermeiros por meio do Brazilian Nursing Work Index Revised e submetidos � an�lise estat�stica descritiva. Os dados qualitativos foram obtidos a partir de 12 entrevistas e tratados mediante an�lise tem�tica. Resultados: A integra��o entre os resultados mostrou que os enfermeiros t�m autonomia, controle do ambiente, boas rela��es com os m�dicos e suporte organizacional. Destacou-se o empenho dos enfermeiros em desenvolver a autonomia e obter o controle do ambiente de cuidado por meio do trabalho em equipe. As dificuldades no ambiente de trabalho est�o relacionadas � infraestrutura organizacional e articula��o entre os servi�os. Conclus�o: Estes resultados podem contribuir para o desenvolvimento de estrat�gias para melhorar a satisfa��o profissional e qualidade assistencial nos cen�rios de cuidado.
