Interven����es a pacientes com mediastinite p��s-esternotomia: revisǜo integrativa da literatura

Abstract

Objetivo: analisar as evidǦncias dispon��veis na literatura sobre as interven����es a pacientes com mediastinite p��s-esternotomia. MǸtodo: Revisǜo integrativa com busca dos estudos primǭrios nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE (via PUBMED), CINAHL e BDENF, publicados em inglǦs, portuguǦs e espanhol. Resultados: Os oito artigos analisados mostram que, na maioria deles, a interven��ǜo mais utilizada foi terapia por pressǜo negativa, associada ou nǜo a antibioticoterapia e cirurgia reconstrutora. Conclusǜo: As evidǦncias cient��ficas geradas fornecem subs��dios para a tomada de decisǜo quanto ��s interven����es para pacientes p��s-cirurgia card��aca com mediastinite, bem como a identifica��ǜo de lacunas do conhecimento, para a condu��ǜo de novas pesquisas com o prop��sito de implementar interven����es de enfermagem a esses pacientes.
