Engajamento e recusa etnográfica

Abstract

Este artigo propõe um diálogo entre pesquisadores que se inquietam em suasinvestigações por uma temática em comum: o engajamento e a recusaetnográfica na pesquisa em Antropologia do Direito. Atentando-nos para ocampo de pesquisa empírica, pretendemos tensionar os parâmetros gerais queparecem constituir o ouvir, o olhar e o escrever etnográfico no campo daspesquisas empíricas em direito. Para tanto, partimos da experiência de João Vitor de Freitas Moreira, que discute as inquietações etnográficas junto ao povoindígena Borum do médio rio Doce e de Júlia Silva Vidal, que faz o mesmo emrelação à situação da criminalização de travestis em Belo Horizonte. Os diálogosentre as pesquisas elencadas são profícuos para introduzir pontos cardeais nosdesafios contemporâneos da pesquisa de campo, quais sejam: engajamentocomo consequência e fundamento da construção de confiança em campo, e arecusa em apresentar certos dados etnográficos
