Abstract

ResumoNo presente trabalho, são conhecidos os princípios, os objetivos e as metodologias-base de uma proposta pedagógica desenvolvida pelos doutores da alegria, da associação brasileira de palhaços de hospital profissionais, com estudantes e profissionais de saúde. Nesse espaço de formação e pesquisa, conduzida conjuntamente com a Universidade do Minho, Portugal, assente na filosofia de ação do palhaço em contexto hospitalar, procuram criar-se oportunidades de vivência, análise e discussão das sutilezas inerentes às (inter)ações e às emoções presentes nos ambientes de cuidados pediátricos que, por norma, não são explorados no âmbito da educação formal desses profissionais. No espaço pedagógico proposto, assume-se a experiência de cada um dos formandos como o principal recurso formativo, e o corpo e os afetos como lugares estruturantes do aprendizado e da construção de conhecimento. Por meio do olhar, do sentir e do agir do palhaço, criam-se oportunidades de “encontro” de cada um dos formandos consigo e com “o outro”, gerando contributos para o desenvolvimento profissional (e pessoal) desses agentes de cuidados. A presente proposta parece encerrar iguais potencialidades na formação de outros profissionais, na qual a assistência, a educação e o contato humano são elementos-chave.Palavras-chave: Palhaço de hospital. Formação de profissionais de saúde.AbstractIn this paper the authors present the principles, objectives and basic methodologies of a pedagogical proposal developed by Doutores da Alegria, a Brazilian association of professional hospital clowns, and having students and health care professionals as target audience. The training and research, conducted in partnership with Universidade do Minho, Portugal, is based in the hospital clown’s philosophy of action, and seeks opportunities amongst the trainees to experience, analyze and discuss the subtleties inherent to the (inter) actions and emotions that are present in pediatric care settings and that normally are not explored within their formal education. The experience of each of the trainees is considered as the primary training resource, and the body and affects as structuring scenarios for the learning process and knowledge building. Through the lens, emotions and actions of the clown some opportunities are created in order to promote the “encounter” of each of the trainees with themselves and with “the other”, generating contributions for the professional (and personal) development of these healthcare agents. This proposal appears also to encompass some potential value in the training of other professionals for whom care, education and human contact are key elements.Keywords: Hospital clown. Health professional’s training.ResumenEn este trabajo se da a conocer los principios, objetivos y metodologías de base de una propuesta pedagógica desarrollada por la asociación brasileña de payasos de hospital profesionales Clowndoctors a estudiantes y profesionales de la salud. En este entrenamiento espacial e investigación, llevada a cabo en forma conjunta con la Universidad de Minho, Portugal, basado en la filosofía de acción de payaso en el contexto hospitalario, trata de crear oportunidades de experiencia, análisis y discusión de las sutilezas inherentes a las (inter) acciones y emociones presente en los entornos de atención pediátrica, por regla general, no funcionan sobre la base de la educación formal de estos profesionales. En el espacio de enseñanza propuesto, retoma la experiencia de cada uno de los alumnos como del recurso de formación primaria, y el cuerpo y los afectos como lugares de estructuración de aprendizaje y construcción del conocimiento. A través de la mirada, del sentido y del actuar el payaso se crean oportunidades para “satisfacer” a cada uno de los alumnos con “el outro”, generando contribuciones al profesional (y personal) de estos proveedores de atención. Esta propuesta parece dar por terminado el mismo potencial en la formación de otros profesionales en el cuidado, la educación y el contacto humano son elementos clave.Palabras clave: Hospital de payaso.
