Erodibilidade entressulcos e sua relação com atributos de solos do Cerrado

Abstract

Objetivou-se com o trabalho determinar a erodibilidade entressulcos (Ki) do solo de seis áreas localizadas no Cerrado mato-grossense e estabelecer atributos do solo com potencial para serem variáveis preditoras da Ki. O trabalho foi desenvolvido em áreas que contemplam solos de texturas arenosa, média e argilosa e os usos: pasto (ponto 1 e 2 - Pp1 e Pp2), agrícola (ponto 1, 2 e 3 - Ap1, Ap2 e Ap3) e Cerrado 1 (C1). O estudo foi subdividido em caracterização dos atributos físicos dos solos, determinação da Ki utilizando simulador de chuva a campo e na avaliação da correlação entre Ki e as características dos solos. O tratamento estatístico dos dados consistiu na aplicação de teste de Kruskal-Wallis e correlação de Pearson entre variáveis. Os valores médios obtidos de Ki variaram de 8,56 x 104 a 1,32 x 106 Kg.s.m-4. A Ki foi maior na área Ap2 em relação a C1. Maiores correlações entre Ki e os atributos foram obtidas agrupando inicialmente os solos por classe textural. A areia (grossa, média e fina), diâmetro médio ponderado e índice de estabilidade dos agregados apresentam maior potencial de predição da Ki.
