Abstract

La propuesta principal de este proyecto de tesis es crear un equipamiento urbano y arquitectónico definido como Centro Cultural que, mediante la implementación de actividades culturales y recreativas fomente a los residentes de la ciudad de Tacna, turistas naciones e internacionales valores educativos y culturales. El proyecto resuelve tres cuestiones importantes, el primero es la centralización de centros culturales a nivel nacional, el segundo es la falta de interés de interacciones sociales – culturales y el tercero es de entidades importantes que buscan aprovechar el interés turístico en ciudades que la lideran para promover planes de eventos regionales de carácter socio cultural con proyección a encuentros culturales con otros países. La presente investigación empieza con el desarrollo de un marco teórico a través del análisis del comportamiento de la centralización a nivel nacional y del déficit de Centros Culturales en ciudades con incidencia turística. Se analizó el comportamiento del usuario dentro de este equipamiento y su desenvolvimiento. Asimismo, se desarrolló las características del distrito para poder encontrar un terreno y de esta manera determinar los criterios que evidencian que sea el terreno óptimo. Finalmente, con el diseño del Centro Cultural, se busca que este equipamiento genere un mayor punto de encuentro para las actividades culturales artísticas de la ciudad a través de los espacios intermedios.
