Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis propone el diseño de un Centro de Educación Básica Especial (CEBE) en la ciudad de Huamanga, Ayacucho, específicamente en el distrito de Andrés Avelino Cáceres Dorregaray. Este proyecto busca satisfacer las necesidades educativas de niños con discapacidades motrices, visuales, sensoriales y cognitivas, promoviendo su desarrollo integral en un espacio inclusivo y accesible. El diseño arquitectónico se inspira en la arquitectura tradicional de Ayacucho y su entorno natural, integrándose armónicamente al paisaje mediante formas escalonadas y techos inclinados que responden a las condiciones climáticas. Además, incorpora estrategias sostenibles, como paneles solares y sistemas de recolección de agua pluvial, asegurando eficiencia energética y confort térmico. La propuesta contempla áreas educativas organizadas en un solo nivel, distribuidas alrededor de patios centrales con pasillos techados. Los espacios clave incluyen aulas multisensoriales, vivenciales y psicomotrices, diseñadas para fomentar el aprendizaje y la estimulación sensorial de los alumnos. Un gran espacio recreativo cubierto complementa el diseño, ofreciendo un lugar seguro para los días de frío o lluvia. Este proyecto se fundamenta en las normativas del MINEDU, CONADIS y el RNE, además de referencias internacionales, buscando no solo cubrir una necesidad educativa, sino también contribuir al desarrollo social y comunitario de Ayacucho.
