Elementos de la experiencia de usuario (UX) que se relacionan con el uso de aplicativos móviles de turismo en Lima - Perú

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar los elementos que influyen en la experiencia de usuario y su relación con el uso de aplicativos móviles de turismo que residen en Lima – Perú. El instrumento de recolección de datos utilizado consta de 15 preguntas divididas en 3 bloques: El primero contiene preguntas filtro para segmentar la población objetivo, el segundo bloque contiene preguntas en base a la experiencia del usuario utilizando la escala de Likert para determinar el nivel de conformidad de los encuestados y la tercera está enfocado en la información de la variable uso de aplicativos móviles. Dentro de los resultados relevantes de esta investigación se encuentra como elementos más importantes para el usuario son la utilización que la aplicación sea relevante y entendible, mientras los menos importantes fueron la funcionabilidad y accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad. Estos resultados proporcionan información relevante para mejorar las herramientas y el contenido en el desarrollo de aplicativos móviles de turismo.
