Abstract

El siguiente documento sustenta la creación de una Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales en Tumbes. Este proyecto se realiza bajo los criterios y aspectos de la arquitectura permeable. Lo que motiva el nacimiento de este proyecto es la falta de formación educativa hacia el área de empresas para la gran parte de la población del Perú, en especial, las regiones fuera de la capital. El problema arquitectónico que se busca resolver es la infraestructura inadecuada destinada a la educación superior. Para solucionarlo, se crea la proposición de la permeabilidad, la que utilizará ambientes de relación física y visual entre distintos espacios privados y públicos. De esta manera, se diseñan espacios con versatilidad suficiente para las necesidades del usuario de este proyecto.
