Abstract

El libro “Gerencia de proyectos e interesados”, consta de siete capítulos en los cuales se desarrolla un compendio de enfoques estructurados por diferentes investigadores, identificando y exponiendo resultados alrededor del entorno actual en la gestión de interesados y su impacto en la gerencia, teoría e involucramiento de equipos de trabajo e interesados en contextos geográficos, políticos y económicos en conjunto con planteamientos innovadores que relacionan diversas percepciones, metodologías, disciplinas y áreas de conocimiento fundamentales para lograr el éxito en cualquier tipo de proyecto. Lo anterior, permitió abordar temáticas relacionadas con el medio interno y externo de las organizaciones, brindando nuevos resultados mediante la investigación científica y el análisis académico de los proyectos. Por lo tanto, la contribución del libro, es significativa y novedosa, en la que se plantean fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que permitan a otros investigadores colaborar con la generación de nuevo conocimiento alrededor de la creación de saberes entorno a la gerencia de proyectos.
