Abstract

<p class="p1">El siguiente artículo consiste en el desarrollo de una metodología en el ámbito de la ingeniería de alta tensión para el análisis y retiro de transformadores de potencia reparados, fundamentado en criterios ingenieriles, a fin de establecer una correlación entre el estado de la condición del transformador desde varios puntos de vista: <em>eléctrico, mecánico, dieléctrico y térmico</em>. Realizando un análisis del estado de la cuestión, se tienen dos situaciones de gran trascendencia, primeramente las normas internacionales son una “guía”para la aceptación de transformadores nuevos por lo que no pueden aplicarse al pie de la letra para transformadores reparados, debido al proceso mismo de degradación que el transformador ha sufrido con el paso de los años y todos los factores que conllevaran a una posible reparación. Segundo, con base en la literatura técnica más reciente, se han analizado artículos, los cuales analizan el aceite dieléctrico y el papel, lo cual se establecen correlaciones entre la calidad del papel aislante y la concentración de furanos en aceites. Para finalizar, gran parte de la investigación hasta ahora realizada, se ha enfocado en el análisis del transformador, a partir de la condición del aceite dieléctrico pues, en la mayoría de los casos, no se tiene la posibilidad de realizar una ingeniería forense dentro del transformador en operación y poder así, analizar las componentes de diseño que pueden comprometer la integridad y operatividad de este. </p>
