РаÑÑмотрены оÑновы технологии Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñлойных керамичеÑких конденÑаторов, иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ð°Ñ Ð½Ð° предприÑтии ÐО "ÐИИ "Гириконд". ОпиÑаны возможные ÑпоÑобы Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð½ÑƒÑ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¸Ñ… Ñлектродов многоÑлойных конденÑаторов. Разработана Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñлектродных паÑÑ‚ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ керамичеÑких лиÑтов при формировании внутренних Ñлектродов методом трафаретной печати. Изготовление паÑÑ‚ проводилоÑÑŒ Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием Ñлекродных порошков разного типа: порошки твердого раÑтвора 70 Ag – 30 Pd, плакированные порошки ÑоÑтава 70 Ag – 30 Pd + BaTiO3. ИÑÑледовано влиÑние разных ÑоÑтавов Ñлектродных паÑÑ‚ на качеÑтво изготавливаемых конденÑаторов. Ð Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð° при изготовлении многоÑлойных конденÑаторов на оÑнове различных керамичеÑких материалов. Доработаны ÑоÑтавы металлизационных паÑÑ‚, иÑпользуемых Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ контактных площадок керамичеÑких конденÑаторов выÑоковольтной группы. ИÑÑледовано влиÑние ÑоÑтава Ñтеклообразующей добавки на качеÑтво Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… узлов. Предложен ÑоÑтав паÑты, характеризующиÑÑ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÑˆÐ¸Ð¼Ð¸ параметрами получаемых контактных площадок.
The fundamentals of the technology for manufacturing multilayer ceramic capacitors, used at the "NII "GIRICOND" JS Co, are considered. Possible methods of forming the internal electrodes of multilayer capacitors are described. A technology has been developed for the electrode pastes preparation for the metallization of "green" ceramic during the formation of internal electrodes by screen printing. Production of pastes performed using powders of different types: silver-palladium solid solutions of composition Ag70Pd30 and Ag70Pd30 coated BaTiO3. The influence of different compositions of electrode pastes on the quality of manufactured capacitors has been investigated. The developed technology has been tested in the manufacture of multilayer capacitors based on various ceramic materials. The compositions of pastes for termination of high-voltage multilayer ceramic capacitors have been improved. The influence of the glass-forming composition on the quality of the MLCC termination is investigated. The composition of the paste with the best parameters of MLCC termination is proposed.
