Ð’ данной работе уÑтановлена закономерноÑть между изноÑом инÑтрумента и величиной контактных напрÑжений (Ï„ конт), Ñопротивлением металла на Ñдвиг (Ï„ мет) и их Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ (Ï„ конт / Ï„ мет) на примере Ñплавов ÐМц, Ст45, ХВГ, ВТ23. Ð’ Ñлучае механичеÑкой обработки легкообрабатываемых материалов (например, Ñплава Ð°Ð»ÑŽÐ¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐМц), процеÑÑ ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¶ÐºÐ¾Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ³Ñ‡ÐµÐ½ вблизи Ñильных концентраторов напрÑжений, в материалах в которых релакÑационные процеÑÑÑ‹ заторможены, в уÑловиÑÑ… выÑоких ÑкороÑтей, низких температур деформированиÑ, Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñокими контактными напрÑжениÑми (Ï„ конт > 0,5 Ï„ мет) и перед резцом протекает продольное плаÑтичеÑкое оттеÑнение. Ð’ Ñлучае механичеÑкой обработки труднообрабатываемых материалов (например, Ñплава титана ВТ23), обладающих выÑокой релакÑационной ÑпоÑобноÑтью, в контактной зоне формируютÑÑ Ð½Ð¸Ð·ÐºÐ¸Ðµ контактные напрÑжениÑ, при Ñтом Ð¿Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°ÑтичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ‚ движение инÑтрумента.
In the given work, a pattern is established between tool wear and the value of contact stresses (Ï„ cont), the metal shear resistance (Ï„ met) and their relationship (Ï„ cont / Ï„ met) on the example of AMC, St45, HVG, VT23 alloys. In the case of mechanical processing of easily processed materials (for example, aluminum alloy AMC), the chip formation process is facilitated near strong stress concentrators, in materials in which relaxation processes are inhibited, at high speeds, low deformation temperatures, with high contact stresses (Ï„ cont > 0.5 Ï„ met) and in front of the cutter, longitudinal plastic displacement occurs. In the case of machining difficult-to-process materials (for example, titanium alloy VT23) that have a high relaxation capacity, low contact stresses are formed in the contact zone, while transverse plastic deformation slows down the movement of the tool.
