Синтез и реализация параллельного цифро-аналогового преобразователя с повышенными динамическими Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ð¼Ð¸

Abstract

Объектом исследования являются параллельные цифро-аналоговые преобразователи (ЦАП). Проведён обзор актуального состояния области. Предложена методика расстановки взвешивающих элементов на топологии микросхемы для резистивных ЦАП. Разработан 10-ти разрядный резистивный ЦАП и проведены экспериментальные исследования. Измерения показали, что предложенная методика позволяет снизить интегральную нелинейность на 20%.

The object of research is parallel digital-analog converters (DAC). A method of weighting elements arrangement for resistive DACS is proposed. A 10-bit resistive DAC was developed and experimental studies were conducted. The measurements showed that the proposed method allows to reduce the integral nonlinearity by 20%.
