Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ñ‡Ð°Ñтотно-избирательные уÑтройÑтва приемного тракта беÑпроводных инфокоммуникационных ÑиÑтем. Целью работы ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ñинтез и Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ‡Ð°Ñтотно-избирательных уÑтройÑтв приемного тракта беÑпроводных инфокоммуникационных ÑиÑтем, в том чиÑле: миниатюризированных микрополоÑковых полоÑовых фильтров Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ ÑелективноÑтью на ÑвÑзанных резонаторах, комплекÑных фильтров Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ñширенным динамичеÑким диапазоном. Разработан метод Ñинтеза микрополоÑковых полоÑовых фильтров на оÑнове ÑвÑзанных резонаторов, позволÑющий реализовать фильтры на оÑнове квазиÑллиптичеÑкой аппрокÑимации. Разработана методика Ñинтеза комплекÑных фильтров выÑокого порÑдка на оÑнове реактанÑного преобразованиÑ, правильноÑть методики подтверждена результатами моделированиÑ. Реализован транÑкондуктивный уÑилитель Ñ Ð½Ð¸Ð·ÐºÐ¸Ð¼ уровнем нелинейных иÑкажений, на его оÑнове Ñинтезирован фильтр пÑтого порÑдка Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ñширенным динамичеÑким диапазоном. Произведены ÑкÑпериментальные образцы микрополоÑковых полоÑовых фильтров S-диапазона, измерены их S-параметры. Результаты измерений подтверждают корректноÑть разработанной методики.
The object of the study are the frequency-selective devices of the receiving path of wireless infocommunication systems. The aim of the work is the synthesis and implementation of frequency-selective devices of the receiving path of wireless infocommunication systems, including: miniaturized microstrip bandpass filters with enhanced selectivity on coupled resonators, complex filters with an extended dynamic range. A method has been developed for the synthesis of microstrip bandpass filters based on coupled resonators, which makes it possible to realize filters based on quasi-elliptic approximation. A technique for the synthesis of complex filters of high order based on the reactance transformation was developed, the correctness of the technique was confirmed by the results of modeling. A transconducting amplifier with a low level of nonlinear distortion is realized, on its basis a fifth order filter with an extended dynamic range is synthesized. Experimental samples of microstrip bandpass filters of the S-band were made, their S-parameters were measured. The results of measurements confirm the correctness of the developed procedure.
