Abstract

Учебное пособие соответствует ФГОС ВПО по направлению 16.03.01 «Техническая физика». В пособии представлен круг вопросов, являющийся основой нового подхода к проектированию электронно- и ионно-оптических систем. От имеющейся литературы пособие отличают подробные выкладки, упрощающие, на наш взгляд, понимание материала. Существенная часть результатов ранее не публиковалась в учебной литературе. Пособие также может быть использовано магистрами, обучающимися по направлению 16.04.01 «Техническая физика».
