Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию складского хозяйства в контексте логистической системы предприятия. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Исследовать понятие и сущность складского хозяйства в логистической системе предприятия для определения его роли. 2. Выявить основные задачи и функции складского хозяйства для эффективного управления логистическими процессами. 3. Проанализировать влияние складских процессов на эффективность доставки товаров (время, стоимость, качество). 4. Оценить нормативное регулирование в области организации складов и его влияние на управление складскими операциями. 5. Изучить современные подходы и методологии управления процессами складского хозяйства для повышения их эффективности. 6. Исследовать современные технологии и методы оптимизации работы склада, включая автоматизацию и информационные системы. 7. Разработать модели складских процессов. 8. Провести организационно-экономический анализ предприятия для выявления возможностей оптимизации складского хозяйства и его влияния на логистику.

This work is dedicated to the study of warehouse management in the context of the enterprises logistics system. The tasks addressed during the research include: 1. Investigate the concept and essence of warehouse management in the enterprises logistics system to determine its role. 2. Identify the main tasks and functions of warehouse management for effective logistics process management. 3. Analyze the impact of warehouse processes on the efficiency of goods delivery (time, cost, quality). 4. Assess the regulatory framework in the organization of warehouses and its influence on warehouse operations management. 5. Study modern approaches and methodologies for managing warehouse processes to enhance their efficiency. 6. Investigate modern technologies and methods for optimizing warehouse operations, including automation and information systems. 7. Develop models of warehouse processes. 8. Conduct an organizational and economic analysis of the enterprise to identify optimization opportunities for warehouse management and its impact on logistics.
