The aim of the work is to develop a theoretical method for developing methodological measures that will contribute to improving the provisions of procurement logistics in various fields of activity applicable to organizations in various industries and having different variations of procurement logistics. Acquisition of new theoretical and practical skills by participants in the procurement process, as well as optimization of the counterparty search system to obtain a working methodology that contributes to the further development of business relationships. The subject of the study is the economic relationships that develop in the process of the organizations procurement activities in order to optimize the interaction of subjects of procurement logistics. The study is based on information from the work of the Northern Construction Management Company PJSC to conduct an experimental assessment to determine the feasibility of implementing measures to improve the companys procurement activities.
