Целью иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ ÑущеÑтвующих подходов к цифровой транÑформации и выбор оптимальных инÑтрументов Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ процеÑÑа на примере конкретной компании. ИÑÑледование выполнÑлоÑÑŒ на базе ООО «Ðьютон Технологии» Предмет иÑÑледованиÑ: инÑтрументы цифровой транÑформации и механизмы их выбора и Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² бизнеÑе. Методы иÑÑледованиÑ: ÑиÑтемный анализ, Ñравнение, анкетирование, опроÑ, а также клаÑÑичеÑкие методы оценки ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти проектов. ОÑновные результаты иÑÑледованиÑ: – изучены теоретичеÑкие оÑновы цифровой транÑформации бизнеÑа; – проанализированы оÑновные инÑтрументы цифровой транÑформации; – разработаны критерии длÑ выбора инÑтрументов цифровой транÑформации; – применены выбранные критерии длÑ выбора инÑтрументов цифровой транÑформации на примере изучаемой компании ОблаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² ВКРприменение результатов работы в деÑтельноÑти организации–объекта длÑ улучшениÑ финанÑового положениÑ компании Ñ помощью методики оценки цифровой транÑформации компании. Ðаучной новизной иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° ÑобÑтвенных критериев выбора инÑтрументов цифровой транÑформации. При работе над ВКРиÑпользованы цифровые технологии машинное обучение. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель доÑтигнута, определена облаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. ОбоÑнованы перÑпективы и Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½ÐµÐ¹ÑˆÐµÐ³Ð¾ иÑÑледованиÑ.
The aim of the study existing approaches to digital transformation and choose the optimal tools for carrying out this process using the example of a specific company. The study was carried out on the basis of Newton Technologies LLC Research subject: is the tools of digital transformation and the mechanisms of their choice and application in business. Research methods: system analysis, comparison, questionnaire, survey, as well as classical methods for evaluating the economic effectiveness of projects. The main results of the study: – the theoretical foundations of digital business transformation have been studied; – the main tools of digital transformation are analyzed; – criteria have been developed for the selection of digital transformation tools; – the selected criteria for the selection of digital transformation tools are applied using the example of the company under study. Application field: of the results of work in the activities of the target organization to improve the financial situation of the company using the methodology for assessing the digital transformation of the company. The scientific novelty of the study is of the research is the development of its own criteria for choosing digital transformation tools. When working on the WRC, digital technologies and machine learning were used. Information technologies machine learning were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
