Abstract

Целью исследования является изучение существующих подходов к цифровой трансформации и выбор оптимальных инструментов для проведения данного процесса на примере конкретной компании. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Ньютон Технологии» Предмет исследования: инструменты цифровой трансформации и механизмы их выбора и применения в бизнесе. Методы исследования: системный анализ, сравнение, анкетирование, опрос, а также классические методы оценки экономической эффективности проектов. Основные результаты исследования: – изучены теоретические основы цифровой трансформации бизнеса; – проанализированы основные инструменты цифровой трансформации; – разработаны критерии для выбора инструментов цифровой трансформации; – применены выбранные критерии для выбора инструментов цифровой трансформации на примере изучаемой компании Область применения результатов ВКРприменение результатов работы в деятельности организации–объекта для улучшения финансового положения компании с помощью методики оценки цифровой трансформации компании. Научной новизной исследования является разработка собственных критериев выбора инструментов цифровой трансформации. При работе над ВКРиспользованы цифровые технологии машинное обучение. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The aim of the study existing approaches to digital transformation and choose the optimal tools for carrying out this process using the example of a specific company. The study was carried out on the basis of Newton Technologies LLC Research subject: is the tools of digital transformation and the mechanisms of their choice and application in business. Research methods: system analysis, comparison, questionnaire, survey, as well as classical methods for evaluating the economic effectiveness of projects. The main results of the study: – the theoretical foundations of digital business transformation have been studied; – the main tools of digital transformation are analyzed; – criteria have been developed for the selection of digital transformation tools; – the selected criteria for the selection of digital transformation tools are applied using the example of the company under study. Application field: of the results of work in the activities of the target organization to improve the financial situation of the company using the methodology for assessing the digital transformation of the company. The scientific novelty of the study is of the research is the development of its own criteria for choosing digital transformation tools. When working on the WRC, digital technologies and machine learning were used. Information technologies machine learning were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
