Abstract

Целью работы является изучение теоретического аспекта мультимодальных перевозок, выявление проблем транспортно-логистического обеспечения компании FESCO, которая была выбрана в качестве исследуемого объекта, а также разработка мероприятий по устранению выявленных проблем. Работа выполнена на базе ООО «Транспортная группа Феско». Использованные методы: логические способы обработки информации, аналитические методы научного наблюдения, сравнения, измерения, анализа и синтеза, контентный и сравнительный анализ. Основные результаты работы: – изучены теоретические аспекты транспортной логистики, мультимодальных перевозок, а также экспорта нефтепродуктов; – проанализирована характеристика организации FESCO; – исследована производственная и финансовая деятельность транспортной компании; – проанализирована организация грузоперевозок транспортной компании; – выявлена проблема в работе и предложена рекомендация по ее решению; – обоснована эффективность предлагаемого мероприятия. Область применения результатов ВКР– возможность реализации предложенных мероприятий по улучшению транспортно-логистического обеспечения экспортных поставок нефтепродуктов на основе мультимодальных перевозок в ООО «Транспортная группа Феско», что позволит повысить эффективность деятельности компании и укрепить ее позиции на рынке грузоперевозок. При работе над ВКРиспользованы цифровые технологии: интернет, программный продукт Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Word. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to study the theoretical aspect of multimodal transportation, identify the problems of transport and logistics support for FESCO, which was chosen as the object of study, as well as to develop measures to eliminate the identified problems. The work has been carried out on the materials of FESCO Transport Group LLC. Research methods used: logical methods of information processing, analytical methods of scientific observation, comparison, measurement, analysis and synthesis, content and comparative analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – the theoretical aspects of transport logistics, multimodal transportation, as well as the export of petroleum products have been studied; – the characteristics of the FESCO organization are analyzed; – the production and financial activities of the transport company are investigated; – the organization of cargo transportation of the transport company is analyzed; – a problem has been identified, and a recommendation has been proposed to solve it; – the effectiveness of the proposed event is justified. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application are the possibility of implementing the proposed measures to improve the transport and logistics support for the export of petroleum products based on multimodal transportation to FESCO Transport Group LLC, which will increase the efficiency of the company and strengthen its position in the cargo transportation market. Information technologies Internet, Microsoft Office software product: Microsoft Excel, Word. Conclusions. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
