Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке алгоритма смарт-контракта для обеспечения обязательств договора аренды и реализации алгоритма (программного кода) на блокчейне TON. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1) рассмотреть основные понятия технологии блокчейна, её применения в смарт-контрактах, возможности применения смарт-контрактов в различных отраслях и для обеспечения договоров аренды; 2) провести сравнительный анализ платформ для разработки смарт-контрактов, обосновать выбор платформы TON для реализации проекта разработки смарт-контракта аренды; 3) выполнить проектирование смарт-контракта аренды на блокчейне TON; 4) описать возможности реализация проекта смарт-контракта аренды, выполнить имитационное моделирование показателей внедрения проекта. Практическая значимость данной работы состоит в том, что проект смарт-контракта для обеспечения обязательств сторон договора аренды позволит повысить прозрачность операций по договору аренды, безопасность сделки, обеспечит конфиденциальность сведений сторон договорных отношений, позволит автоматизировать расчетные операции по оплате аренды.

This work is devoted to the development of a smart contract algorithm to ensure the obligations of the lease agreement and the implementation of the algorithm (program code) on the TON blockchain. The research set the following goals: 1) to consider the basic concepts of blockchain technology, its application in smart contracts, the possibility of using smart contracts in various industries and to ensure lease agreements; 2) to conduct a comparative analysis of platforms for developing smart contracts, to justify the choice of the TON platform for the implementation of the project for developing a smart lease contract; 3) to design a smart lease contract on the TON blockchain; 4) to describe the possibilities of implementing the smart lease contract project, to perform simulation modeling of the project implementation indicators. The practical significance of this work is that the smart contract project for ensuring the obligations of the parties to the lease agreement will increase the transparency of transactions under the lease agreement, the security of the transaction, ensure the confidentiality of information of the parties to the contractual relationship, and automate settlement operations for rent payments.
