Ð’ работе изложено опиÑание ÑпоÑоба предварительной очиÑтки воды реагентным методом, алгоритм очиÑтки воды ферратом, и автоматизированный процеÑÑ ÐµÐ³Ð¾ выработки. Ð’ качеÑтве иÑходных данных определены необходимые режимы работы модулÑ. Ðа оÑнове данных требований разработана ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñхема уÑтановки. Также разработаны ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñхема Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ñ‡Ð¸Ñтки и гидравличеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñхема Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ„ÐµÑ€Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°. Разработана ÑиÑтема ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° базе промышленного контроллера, а также реализован Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ñ„ÐµÐ¹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑтемой в ручном режиме. The main purpose of the masters thesis describes a method for pretreatment of water by the reagent method, an algorithm for purifying water with ferrate, and an automated process for its production. The necessary operating modes of the module are defined as the initial data. Based on these requirements, a combined block diagram of the installation has been developed. A combined schematic diagram for the pretreatment module and a hydraulic circuit for the ferrator have also been developed. According to the schemes, a multi-stage water purification plant is designed. A control system based on an industrial controller has been developed, and a user interface has been implemented to indicate the status and control the system in manual mode. Practical relevance. The developed multi-stage automated water purification system, due to its mobility, allows for an experimental study of polluted waters in real time, during which the optimal combination and amount of reagent for their purification is selected.
