В настоящей работе проведен анализ обеспечения исполнения международных договоров. В работе выделена специфика системы обеспечения исполнения положений международных договоров, заключаемых с участием Российской Федерации. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы стали предложения по совершенствованию системы обеспечения исполнения международных договоров в российской правовой системе.

This paper analyzes the enforcement of international treaties. The work highlights the specifics of the system for ensuring the implementation of the provisions of international treaties concluded with the participation of the Russian Federation. The result of the study of the final qualifying work was proposals for improving the system for ensuring the implementation of international treaties in the Russian legal system.
