Abstract

Предмет исследования сосредоточен на улице Еленинской в городе Ломоносов. Цель данного исследования — разработать предложение по восстановлению Еленинской улицы для сохранения её исторически ценной среды. В исследовании используются метод системного анализа, учитывается теория и практика градостроительного проектирования. Результатом данной работы является предложение о том, как современные здания могут быть интегрированы в пространство района без ущерба для его эстетических характеристик. Кроме того, исследуется, как детальные изменения могут изменить восприятие места. В результате данной квалификационной работы было представлено предложение по городской интервенции, включающее восстановление и реконструкцию выбранных архитектурных объектов и изменения урбанистических деталей, представленных в виде 2D и 3D визуализации. Эта квалификационная работа показывает, как подобные проекты могут быть реализованы, а также как городская интервенция может изменить восприятие и подчеркнуть исторический контекст места.

The subject of the study is Yeleninskaya Street in Lomonosov city. The purpose of this research is to develop a proposal for restoring Yeleninskaya Street to preserve its historically valuable environment. In the process of the research, the following methods were used: systematic analysis, urban design, and decision-making processes. In addition to reviewing similar projects, digital documentation, and both historical and contemporary photographs. As a result of this qualification work, it was presented a proposal for the urban intervention, including the reconstruction and restoration of selected architectural objects and urban details changes, all presented through 2D and 3D visualization. This qualification work provides an example of how such projects can be executed, how can an urban intervention modify the perception of a place, and highlights the importance of preserving Russian historical sites.
