Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Гидравлический следящий привод с дроссельным управлением». Объектом исследования является гидравлический следящий привод с дроссельным управлением. Целью исследования является расчет основных элементов гидравлического следящего привода с дроссельным управлением. В качестве задач выпускной квалификационной работы были определены расчет основных элементов гидравлического следящего привода с дроссельным управлением, как диаметр гидроцилиндров, диаметр золотни- ка, диаметр соплагидравлического усилителя типа «Сопло-заслонка», длины тяг между гидроцилиндрами, построение расходно перепадной, нагрузочной, безразмерной перепадной, безразмерной расходно-перепадной, безразмерной расходной, перепадной, расходно-перепадной и расходной характеристик привода и гидрораспределителя. Также была создана функциональная схема САУ привода, были составлены передаточные функции элементов САУ, была проведена коррекция и составлена передаточная функция корректирующего устройства. Методы исследования: аналитический, графический.

The subject of the graduate of qualification work is: «Throttled hydraulic servo drive». The aim of the study is to calculate the main elements of a hydraulic servo drive with throttle control. The tasks of the final qualifying work were defined as the calculation of the main elements of a hydraulic servo drive with throttle control that meets the technical specifications, such as the diameter of the hydraulic cylinders, the diameter of the spool, the diameter of the nozzle of the hydraulic booster of the "Nozzle-flap" type, the length of the rods between the hydraulic cylinders, development of flow rate, load, dimensionless differential, dimensionless flow rate, dimensionless flow, differential, flow rate and flow characteristics of the drive and hydraulic distributor. A functional model of automatic drive control system was also created, the transfer functions of its elements were compiled, a correction was carried out and the transfer function of the corrective device was compiled. Research methods: analytical, graphical.
