Abstract

This work is devoted to the modelling and development of the interior of a sports car. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. 3D modelling of the interior of the sports car Ferrari 812 superfast 2. Development of a Virtual Reality application for automotive testing 3. Analysis of driver actions in various operating situations The 3D model of the sports car interior was carried out in Blender 4.0. The creation of the virtual reality application was carried out in the software Unity 2023.210f1 using the SteamVR library and the C# programming language. Based on the results of the analysis, a way to use virtual prototyping technologies based on VR to improve ergonomics is proposed. The importance of this work lies in the desire to effectively integrate new technologies into the automotive industry. This will enhance the visualization and testing of prototypes, the design process in order to take into account real feedback from the target audience, and reduce the potential costs of various prototype testing.
