Ð’ работе предÑтавлен обзор типовых конÑтрукций позиционеров Ñ Ð¿Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¼Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð¼ и ÑлектромеханичеÑким приводом. Проанализировано уÑтройÑтво модулей позиционера, изложено опиÑание Ñтруктурно-функциональной Ñхемы и принципиальной кинематичеÑкой Ñхемы. Ðа оÑнове оценки параметров модулей в программе SMC Model selection и Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð² разработана Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñхема позиционера. Ð’ результате Ñпроектирована Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ…Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ в ÑиÑтеме SolidWorks, а также оформлены Ñборочные чертежи.
The paper presents an overview of typical designs of positioners with pneumatic and electromechanical drive. The device of the positioner modules is analyzed, a description of the structural and functional scheme and the basic kinematic scheme is presented. Based on the evaluation of module parameters in the SMC Model selection program and the determination of standard sizes, a basic pneumatic positioner circuit has been developed. As a result, a three-dimensional model was designed in the SolidWorks system, and assembly drawings were drawn up.
