
С помощью Ñканирующего туннельного микроÑкопа иÑÑледован Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ CoTPP на подложке пиролитичеÑкого графита. Получена и Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð± оÑобенноÑÑ‚ÑÑ… топографии образца при различном проÑтранÑтвенном разрешении. Локальные туннельные Ñпектры, ÑнÑтые в различном диапазоне развертки напрÑÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ¶Ð¸Ð»Ð¸ на поверхноÑти облаÑти Ñ Ð³Ð¸ÑтерезиÑом вольтамперных характериÑтик, ÑвÑзанный Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ñтабильными Ñлектронными ÑоÑтоÑниÑми в металлокомплекÑе, Ñильную нелинейноÑть Ð’ÐÐ¥ Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð»Ð°ÑÑ‚Ñми поверхноÑти образца Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð½ÐºÐ¸Ð¼ Ñлоем CoTPP.
The CoTPP metal complex on a pyrolytic graphite substrate was studied using a scanning tunneling microscope. The information about the surface topography features of the sample at different space resolution was acquired. The local tunneling spectra at different scales of bias voltage found on the surface the areas with hysteresis due to metastable electron states in the sample, strong non linearity in areas with thin layer of CoTPP.
