
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию механичеÑких параметров и процеÑÑу гидроÑрозионного Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² рабочих поверхноÑтей машин барабанного типа. Ð’ результате выполненной работы: 1. Проведены теоретичеÑкие иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½ барабанного типа: - определены конÑтруктивные размеры Ñлементов корпуÑа, выполнены раÑчеты прочноÑтных и деформационных характериÑтик конÑтрукции Ñушилки барабанного типа; - определены напрÑÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐœÐ¸Ð·ÐµÑа и деформации рабочей поверхноÑти в завиÑимоÑти от нагрузки, размеров отверÑтий и материала рабочей поверхноÑти барабанного грохота. Сделан вывод о возможноÑти иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñтрукции поверхноÑти барабана Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ нагрузки. 2. Проведены лабораторные иÑÐ¿Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° гидроÑрозионный Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ†Ð¾Ð² материала проÑеивающей поверхноÑти барабанного грохота. Сделан вывод о возможноÑти иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² образцов Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÐ¹ поверхноÑти барабана. Выбор и обоÑнование конÑтруктивных параметров машин барабанного типа в завиÑимоÑти от технологичеÑкой нагрузки направлено на ÑовершенÑтвование технологии и Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² машиноÑтроении. Результаты иÑпытаний могут быть иÑпользованы при проектировании машин барабанного типа.
This work is devoted to the study of mechanical parameters and the process of water erosion wear of materials on the working surfaces of drum-type machines. As a result of the work performed: 1. Theoretical studies of drum-type machines have been carried out: - the structural dimensions of the housing elements were determined, calculations of the strength and deformation characteristics of the drum-type structure were performed. - von Mises stresses and deformations of the working surface are determined depending on the load, the size of the holes and the surface material of the drum screen. A conclusion is made about the possibility of using the drum surface design for a given load. 2. Laboratory tests for hydroerosive wear of samples of the material of the screening surface of the drum screen were carried out. A conclusion is made about the possibility of using sample materials for the manufacture of the working surface of the drum. The selection and justification of the design parameters of drum-type machines depending on the technological load is aimed at improving technology and equipment in mechanical engineering. The test results can be used in the design of drum-type machines.
