Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию ÑлектрофизичеÑких ÑвойÑтв полиимидных пленок, их абÑорбционных и чаÑтотных характериÑтик. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе работы: 1. ÐкÑпериментальное изучение температурной завиÑимоÑти проводимоÑти 2. РаÑчет диÑлектричеÑких характериÑтик ε`(ÏŽ), ε``(ÏŽ) в облаÑти низких чаÑтот 3. Изучение температурных завиÑимоÑтей коÑффициентов абÑорбции Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием разных методов их Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ 4. Ðнализ, полученных ÑкÑпериментальных данных на оÑнове Ñквивалентных Ñхем Ð·Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием программного обеÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ MATLAB. Ð’ результате работы были иÑÑледованы ÑлектрофизичеÑкие ÑвойÑтва полиимидных диÑлектричеÑких пленок и получена взаимоÑвÑзь Ñтих ÑвойÑтв Ñ Ð¶ÐµÑткоÑтью макромолекул.
This work is devoted to the study of the electrophysical properties of polyimide films, their absorption and frequency characteristics. Tasks that were solved during the work: 1. Experimental study of the temperature dependence of conductivity 2. Calculation of dielectric characteristics ε`(ώ), ε`(ώ) in the low frequency range 3. Study of temperature dependences of absorption coefficients using different methods of their determination 4. Analysis of the experimental data obtained on the basis of equivalent substitution schemes using MATLAB software. As a result of the work, the electrophysical properties of polyimide dielectric films were investigated and the relationship of these properties with the stiffness of macromolecules was obtained.
