В работе изложен принцип работы и особенности логарифмических АЦП, рассмотрены примеры реализаций и область применения таких преобразователей. Далее собрать схемы отдельных блоков АЦП в Cadence Virtuoso , В практической части показаны модели АЦП на функциональном уровне, а также схемные решения некоторых компонентов АЦП.

In the work a review of the main types of ADCs is carried out. Further the principle of operation and features of logarithmic ADCs are stated, examples of implementations and area of application of such converters are considered. In the practical part models of ADC on the functional level and schematic decisions of some components of ADC are shown.
