Abstract

Целью работы: является разработка комплекса мероприятий для выхода предприятия ООО «Xing Ji Meizu» на международный рынок с учетом специфики его деятельности и текущей финансово-хозяйственной ситуации. Работа выполнена на базе Работа выполнена на базе материалов отчетностей и финансовых документов компании Xingji Meizu. Использованные методы: анализ, синтез, аналогия, прямое и косвенное измерение, финансово-экономический анализ, SWOT-анализ, PEST-анализ, прогнозирование, метод графической интерпретации данных. Основные результаты работы: – провести анализ теоретических основ выхода на международный рынок, включая понятия и сущность стратегии выхода, инструменты и методы анализа целевых рынков; – изучить финансово-хозяйственную деятельность компании ООО «Xing Ji Meizu» с целью выявления ее текущего состояния и потенциала для международной экспансии; – разработать рекомендации и мероприятия по выходу на международный рынок, основанные на анализе теоретических и практических аспектов; – оценить эффективность разработанных мероприятий и их потенциал для успешного вступления компании на международный рынок. Область применения результатов Xingji Meizu: в деятельности компании Xingji Meizu для выхода на новые рынки. При работе над ВКРиспользованы цифровые технологии MS Office. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work: The goal of the work is to develop a set of measures for the entry of the Xing Ji Meizu LLC enterprise into the international market, taking into account the specifics of its activities and the current financial and economic situation. The work was carried out on the basis The work was carried out on the basis of materials from reports and financial documents of the Xingji Meizu company. Methods used: analysis, synthesis, analogy, direct and indirect measurement, financial and economic analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, forecasting, method of graphical data interpretation. Main results of the work: – analyze the theoretical foundations of entering the international market, including the concepts and essence of the entry strategy, tools and methods for analyzing target markets; – study the financial and economic activities of the company Xing Ji Meizu LLC in order to identify its current state and potential for international expansion; – develop recommendations and measures for entering the international market, based on an analysis of theoretical and practical aspects; – evaluate the effectiveness of the developed measures and their potential for the company’s successful entry into the international market. Scope of application of Xingji Meizu results: in the activities of Xingji Meizu to enter new markets. Information technologies such as MS Office were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The objectives of the WRC have been resolved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
