
Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ направлений по повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти компании Huawei и разработка мероприÑтий Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐµÑ‘ выхода на международный рынок. Работа выполнена на базе компании «Huawei». ИÑпользованные методы: PEST-анализ, SWOT-анализ, Ðнализ модели конкуренции пÑти Ñил Портера, анализ ÑкономичеÑких показателей предприÑтиÑ, финанÑовый коÑффициент, ROI, PI, NPV. ОÑновные результаты работы: - изучение теоретичеÑких оÑнов выхода на международный рынок; - иÑпользование общего опиÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ Huawei; - проведение финанÑово-хозÑйÑтвенной анализа деÑтельноÑти компании Huawei; - проведение рыночного анализа; - разработка рекомендации по выходу компании Huawei на международный рынок. ОблаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² ВКРразработка комплекÑа мероприÑтий Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð° предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° международный рынок. Предложенные меры и рекомендации помогут компании Huawei уÑпешно выйти на международный рынок, повыÑить её конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑть и обеÑпечить уÑтойчивое развитие в уÑловиÑÑ… глобализации.
The aim of the work is to identify areas for improving Huaweis competitiveness and develop measures for its entry into the international market. The work was carried out on the basis of Huawei. Methods used: PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Analysis of the Porters five forces competition model, analysis of economic indicators of the enterprise, financial, Ñoefficient, ROI, PI, NPV. The main results of the work: - studying the theoretical foundations of entering the international market; - using the general description of Huawei; - conducting a financial and economic analysis of Huaweis activities; - conducting market analysis; - development of recommendations for Huaweis entry into the international market. The scope of application of the results of the WRC is the development of a set of measures for the companys entry into the international market. Information technologies such as MS Office were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The proposed measures and recommendations will help Huawei successfully enter the international market, increase its competitiveness and ensure sustainable development in the context of globalization.
