Abstract

Целью работы является определение направлений по повышению конкурентоспособности компании Huawei и разработка мероприятий для её выхода на международный рынок. Работа выполнена на базе компании «Huawei». Использованные методы: PEST-анализ, SWOT-анализ, Анализ модели конкуренции пяти сил Портера, анализ экономических показателей предприятия, финансовый коэффициент, ROI, PI, NPV. Основные результаты работы: - изучение теоретических основ выхода на международный рынок; - использование общего описания компании Huawei; - проведение финансово-хозяйственной анализа деятельности компании Huawei; - проведение рыночного анализа; - разработка рекомендации по выходу компании Huawei на международный рынок. Область применения результатов ВКРразработка комплекса мероприятий для выхода предприятия на международный рынок. При работе над ВКРиспользованы цифровые технологии MS Office. Выводы. Предложенные меры и рекомендации помогут компании Huawei успешно выйти на международный рынок, повысить её конкурентоспособность и обеспечить устойчивое развитие в условиях глобализации.

The aim of the work is to identify areas for improving Huaweis competitiveness and develop measures for its entry into the international market. The work was carried out on the basis of Huawei. Methods used: PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Analysis of the Porters five forces competition model, analysis of economic indicators of the enterprise, financial, сoefficient, ROI, PI, NPV. The main results of the work: - studying the theoretical foundations of entering the international market; - using the general description of Huawei; - conducting a financial and economic analysis of Huaweis activities; - conducting market analysis; - development of recommendations for Huaweis entry into the international market. The scope of application of the results of the WRC is the development of a set of measures for the companys entry into the international market. Information technologies such as MS Office were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The proposed measures and recommendations will help Huawei successfully enter the international market, increase its competitiveness and ensure sustainable development in the context of globalization.
