Влияние Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² на принятие решений в Китае

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена характеристике влияния геополитических факторов на процесс принятия решений в Китае в контексте реализации комплексной инициативы «Один пояс – один путь». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: выявить геополитические аспекты реализации современной внешней политики и внешнеэкономической деятельности Китая; дать характеристику идеям и принципам комплексной инициативы «Один пояс - один путь»; определить роль инициативы «Один пояс – один путь» в процессе принятия решений в Китае; раскрыть правовое и институциональное измерение проекта «Экономический пояс Шёлкового пути»; дать характеристику геополитическому измерению проекта «Морской Шёлковый Путь XXI века». Объектом исследования являются геополитические факторы, влияющие на процесс принятие решений в Китае на современном этапе. Предметом исследования является фактор реализации инициативы «Один пояс – один путь» в контексте принятия внешнеполитических и внешнеэкономических решений Китая на современном этапе. В результате исследования была дана характеристика влияния геополитических факторов на процесс принятия решений в Китае в контексте реализации комплексной инициативы «Один пояс – один путь».

This work is devoted to the characterization of the influence of geopolitical factors on the decision-making process in China in the context of the implementation of the comprehensive «Belt and Road Initiative». Tasks that have been set during the research: to identify the geopolitical aspects of the implementation of Chinas modern foreign policy and foreign economic activity; to characterize the ideas and principles of the comprehensive «Belt and Road Initiative»; to determine the role of the «Belt and Road Initiative» in the decision-making process in China; to reveal the legal and institutional dimension of the Silk Road Economic Belt project; to characterize the geopolitical dimension of the «Maritime Silk Road of the XXI century» project. The object of the study is the geopolitical factors influencing the decision-making process in China at the present stage. The subject of the study is the factor of the implementation of the «Belt and Road Initiative» in the context of Chinas foreign policy and foreign economic decisions at the present stage. As a result of the study, the influence of geopolitical factors on the decision–making process in China was characterized in the context of the implementation of the comprehensive «Belt and Road Initiative».
