Abstract

Business Process Model and Notation), по методологии Business Process Management, BPM.

The given work is devoted to the study of problems within the Rosbank PJSC company related to high staff turnover and the proposal of a method for solving them. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Analyze the available resources and the current process of calculating the motivation system. 2. Conduct a study among sales department employees about the existing motivation system. 3. Identify weaknesses in the calculation of the current motivation system. 4. Propose a solution for rebuilding the process. The work was carried out on the database provided by the company in a free space – the Internet, where a significant part of the factual material was collected: the results of a stakeholder analysis and a survey of sales staff. Calculations were carried out that clearly show how the new format increases the productivity of using artificial intelligence in calculating the motivation system. The analysis was carried out by modeling using BPMN notation (Business Process Model and Notation), according to the methodology of Business Process Management, BPM. As a result, a motivation system with the integration of artificial intelligence into the process was analyzed, efficiency calculations were performed, and scaling was proposed.
