
Ð’ данной выпуÑкной квалификационной работе раÑÑматриваетÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼Ð° коммуникационного ÑÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ñ‡ÐµÑкого банка в уÑловиÑÑ… захвата рынка и Ð¿Ð¾Ð³Ð»Ð¾Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÑ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ компаниÑми меньших. Ð’ работе раÑÑматриваютÑÑ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкие оÑновы коммуникационного ÑопровождениÑ, также предÑтавлены подходы разных авторов к определению Ñтого понÑтиÑ. Также в работе раÑÑмотрены оÑобенноÑти коммуникационного ÑÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² банковÑкой Ñфере. Проанализирован уÑпешный опыт коммуникационного ÑÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸Ñ… банков. Ð’ практичеÑкой чаÑти иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð» проведен анализ коммуникационной деÑтельноÑти ПÐО Банка «ÐлекÑандровÑкий», выÑвлены прÑмые и коÑвенные конкуренты, проведен обзор и анализ конкурентной Ñреды, общий SWOTанализ. Проведен конкурентный коммуникационный анализ. Ðвтором проведено интервью и анкетирование, проанализированы их результаты. По результатам интервью и Ð°Ð½ÐºÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñвлены оÑновные инÑтрументы и разработаны рекомендации по коммуникационному Ñопровождению Банка «ÐлекÑандровÑкий».
In this graduate qualification work the problem of communication support of commercial bank in the conditions of market capture and absorption by large companies of smaller ones is considered. The paper considers the theoretical basis of communication support, also presented approaches of different authors to the definition of this concept. Also in the work the peculiarities of communication support in the banking sphere are considered. The successful experience of communication support of other banks is analyzed. In the practical part of the study was analyzed communication activity of PJSC Bank “Alexandrovskyâ€, identified direct and indirect competitors, reviewed and analyzed the competitive environment, a general SWOT-analysis. Competitive communication analysis was carried out. The author conducted interviews and questionnaires and analyzed their results. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, the author identified the main tools and developed recommendations for communication support of Alexandrovsky Bank.
