Abstract

Целью работы является разработка комплекса эффективных мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления цепями поставок. Работа выполнена на базе материалов о деятельности ООО «ТУПЛЕКС». Использованные методы: библиографический анализ, изучение существующих практик, моделирование, технико-экономический анализ, SWOT-анализ. Основные результаты работы: - изучены современные подходы и методики в области управления цепями поставок; - проведен анализ существующей системы управления цепями поставок на предприятии; - идентифицированы основные проблемы и узкие места в управлении цепями поставок на предприятии. - разработаны мероприятия по улучшению системы управления цепями поставок на предприятии; - проведена оценка экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР: компании, планирующие и реализующие мероприятия по совершенствованию системы управления цепями поставок. При работе над ВКРиспользованы цифровые технологии: программное обеспечение Microsoft Office, средства визуализации. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop an effective set of measures to improve the supply chain management system at the TUPLEX LLC enterprise. The work has been carried out on the materials materials regarding the activities of TUPLEX LLC. Research methods used: bibliographic analysis, study of existing practices, modeling, technical and economic analysis, SWOT analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - modern approaches and techniques in the field of supply chain management have been studied; - an analysis of the existing supply chain management system at the enterprise was carried out; - key problems and bottlenecks in the supply chain management at the enterprise have been identified. - measures have been developed to improve the supply chain management system at the enterprise; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed measures has been conducted. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application - companies planning and implementing measures to improve their supply chain management system. Digital technologies used in the thesis work: Microsoft Office software, visualization tools. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the aim has been achieved, and the application area of the results has been determined. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
