Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° комплекÑа Ñффективных мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ¿Ñми поÑтавок. Работа выполнена на базе материалов о деÑтельноÑти ООО «ТУПЛЕКС». ИÑпользованные методы: библиографичеÑкий анализ, изучение ÑущеÑтвующих практик, моделирование, технико-ÑкономичеÑкий анализ, SWOT-анализ. ОÑновные результаты работы: - изучены Ñовременные подходы и методики в облаÑти ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ¿Ñми поÑтавок; - проведен анализ ÑущеÑтвующей ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ¿Ñми поÑтавок на предприÑтии; - идентифицированы оÑновные проблемы и узкие меÑта в управлении цепÑми поÑтавок на предприÑтии. - разработаны мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ улучшению ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ¿Ñми поÑтавок на предприÑтии; - проведена оценка ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти предложенных мероприÑтий. ОблаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² ВКР: компании, планирующие и реализующие мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ¿Ñми поÑтавок. При работе над ВКРиÑпользованы цифровые технологии: программное обеÑпечение Microsoft Office, ÑредÑтва визуализации. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель доÑтигнута, определена облаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð².
The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop an effective set of measures to improve the supply chain management system at the TUPLEX LLC enterprise. The work has been carried out on the materials materials regarding the activities of TUPLEX LLC. Research methods used: bibliographic analysis, study of existing practices, modeling, technical and economic analysis, SWOT analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - modern approaches and techniques in the field of supply chain management have been studied; - an analysis of the existing supply chain management system at the enterprise was carried out; - key problems and bottlenecks in the supply chain management at the enterprise have been identified. - measures have been developed to improve the supply chain management system at the enterprise; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed measures has been conducted. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application - companies planning and implementing measures to improve their supply chain management system. Digital technologies used in the thesis work: Microsoft Office software, visualization tools. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the aim has been achieved, and the application area of the results has been determined. Conclusions.
