Abstract

Целью исследования явился разработка и реализация кадровой стратегии предприятия для улучшения и дальнейшего развития управления человеческими ресурсами на предприятии ООО «Авторитет». Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО "Авторитет". Предмет исследования: кадровая стратегия предприятия ООО «Авторитет», включая процессы найма, обучения, мотивации, удержания персонала и другие аспекты управления человеческими ресурсами. Методы исследования: использовались аналитические методы исследования, включая SWOT – анализ, анкетирование, интервьюирование сотрудников и методы математической статистики. При обработке данных использовалось следующее программное обеспечение, информационные технологии: Microsoft Office, в том числе Microsoft Word и Microsoft Excel. Основные результаты исследования: - проведен анализ кадровой стратегии и управленческих практик в ООО "Авторитет"; выявлены ключевые мотивационные факторы и уровень удовлетворенности сотрудников; - разработаны рекомендации по улучшению кадровой стратегии, направленные на повышение эффективности работы персонала и достижение стратегических целей компании; Область применения результатов: результаты работы могут быть использованы в кадровой политике ООО "Авторитет" и других предприятиях. Научной новизной исследования является разработка инновационных рекомендаций по совершенствованию кадровой стратегии ООО "Авторитет". Выводы. В диссертации выполнен полный анализ кадровой стратегии ООО "Авторитет", цель исследования достигнута, предложены и обоснованы пути улучшения кадровой стратегии. Результаты исследования имеют практическую значимость и могут быть внедрены в практику управления компанией.

The purpose of the study was the development and implementation of the personnel strategy of the enterprise to improve and further develop human resource management at the LLC " AVTORITET " enterprise. The study was carried out on the basis of LLC " AVTORITET ". The subject of the research is the personnel strategy of the LLC " AVTORITET " enterprise, including the processes of recruitment, training, motivation, staff retention and other aspects of human resource management. Research methods: analytical research methods were used, including SWOT analysis, questionnaires, employee interviews and methods of mathematical statistics The following software and information technologies were used in data processing: Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The main results of the study: The analysis of personnel strategy and management practices in LLC " AVTORITET " is carried out; The key motivational factors and the level of employee satisfaction have been identified; Recommendations have been developed to improve the HR strategy aimed at improving the efficiency of the staff and achieving the strategic goals of the company; The economic efficiency of the proposed measures is calculated. Scope of application of the results: the results of the work can be used in the personnel policy of LLC " AVTORITET " and other enterprises. The scientific novelty of the research is the development of innovative recommendations for improving the personnel strategy of LLC " AVTORITET ". Conclusions. In the dissertation, a complete analysis of the personnel strategy of LLC "AVTORITET" was performed, the purpose of the study was achieved, ways to improve the personnel strategy were proposed and justified. The results of the study are of practical importance and can be implemented into the practice of company management.
