Abstract

Объектом исследования является автоматическое устройство перемещения металлических полос на профильный лист в поперечном направлении. Основной целью выпускной работы бакалавра является разработка двухкоординатного портального промышленного робота, позволяющего автоматически доставлять металлическую полосу на поверхность профлиста для дальнейшего производства продукта. В выпускной квалификационной работе на тему «Двухкоординатный портальный промышленный робот» проведен аналитический обзор систем автоматизированного перемещения изделий, составлены структурная комбинированная, кинематическая и пневматическая схемы. Создана 3D – модель устройства перемещения и накопителя. Спроектирована система, позволяющий перемещать полосу от 3000 до 4500 мм длиной в двух направлениях. Проведен расчет привода продольного перемещения, а также разработана система управления данным роботом. Область применения. Разработанное устройство используется для перемещения полос на профильные листы в поперечном направлении в условиях производства для дальнейшего выпуска строительной продукции. Выводы. Разработанное устройство позволит перемещать крупногабаритную, ограниченную по массе продукцию с гладкой поверхностью на неограниченное расстояние в двух направлениях, что позволит повысить эффективность, безопасность и эргономику на производстве.

The object of research is an automatic device for moving metal strips onto the profiled sheet in a transverse direction. The main goal of the bachelors thesis is to develop a two-axis gantry industrial robot to automatically deliver a metal strip to the surface of the corrugated sheet for further product manufacturing. In the graduate qualification work on the topic " Two-axis gantry industrial robot " the analytical review of systems of automated movement of products is carried out, structural - combined, kinematic and pneumatic diagrams are made. A 3D model of the displacement device and the storage device is created. The automat is designed, which allows moving a strip 3000 to 4500 mm long in two directions. The calculation of the longitudinal movement drive is carried out and the control system of this robot is developed. Application area. The developed device is used to move the strips onto the profiled sheets in a transverse direction in the production environment for the further production of building products. Conclusions. The developed device will enable large-sized, limited-sized, smooth-surface products to be moved an unlimited distance in two planes, thus improving efficiency, safety and ergonomics in production.
