Abstract

Объектом разработки является перекладчик, в состав которого входит схват и три основных модуля: выдвижения, вертикального перемещения и горизонтального перемещения. Цель практической работы заключается в проектировании робота-перекладчика. Задача устройства – перемещение объектов в пределах рабочей зоны, являющейся прямоугольным параллелепипедом. Перекладчик должен обладать высоким быстродействием, необходимым для использования в условиях производства. В ходе проведенной выпускной квалификационной работы были выполнены: обзор аналогов ведущих производителей роботов-манипуляторов, разбор устройства модулей, используемых в перекладчике, синтез принципиальной кинематической и принципиальной пневматической схем, отражающих работу перекладчика, оценка и определение типоразмеров модулей, моделирование работы модулей c подобранными элементами пневмосети в среде SMC Model Selection, разработка трехмерной модели с использованием модулей и элементов пневмосети, скачанных с сайта компании-производителя SMC Pneumatic, а также составление соответствующей технической документации, включающей в себя спецификацию и сборочные чертежи, построенные по трехмерной модели. В результате были получены трехмерная модель с соответствующей технической документацией, а также номенклатура используемых элементов пневматической сети.

The object of the development is a relocator, which includes a gripper and three basic modules: module of extension, module of vertical movement, module of horizontal movement. The aim of the practical work is to design a robot-relocator. The task of the device is to move objects within the working area, which is a rectangular parallelepiped. The relocator has to have a high speed of movement required for use in the production environment. During the final qualifying work were carried out: a review of comparable leading manufacturers of robotic manipulators, analysis the device modules used in the relocator, the synthesis of a principled kinematic and principled pneumatic circuits, displaying the relocator operation, evaluation and determination of the size of modules, simulation of the modules with the selected elements of the pneumatic circuit in the SMC Model Selection environment, developing a three-dimensional model using modules and elements of the pneumatic circuit downloaded from SMC Pneumatic site, as well as compiling the relevant documentation of the relocator. As a result, a three-dimensional model with corresponding technical documentation was obtained, as well as the nomenclature of the pneumatic circuit elements used.
