Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Повышение качества процесса поверки компаратора массы».Данная дипломная работа посвящена исследованию повышения качества процесса поверки компаратора массы.Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования:1.Анализ актуальной законодательной и нормативной документации;2.Анализ сектора массыпредприятияФБУ «Тест-С.-Петербург»; 3. Процесс поверки с подробным анализом каждого этапа; 4.Выявление рисков, связанных с влиянием человеческого фактора на результаты поверки; 5. Разработка решения по снижению влияния человеческого фактора при проведении поверки.Работа проведена на базе сектора массы отдела механических измерений организации ФБУ «Тест-С.-Петербург», где проводился анализ актуальной документации и поверка компаратора массы. Был проведен анализ рисков и возможностей. И на основании анализа, предложено внедрить программу автоматизации поверки для повышения качества процесса поверки. 

Subject matter of diploma qualification work: "Increase of quality of verification process of mass comparator".This thesis is devoted to research of quality improvement of calibration process of mass comparator.The tasks that were solved in the course of research:1. Analysis of current legislative and regulatory documentation;2. Analysis of the mass sector of the enterprise FBU "Test-St.-Peterburg";3. Verification process with a detailed analysis of each stage;4. Identification of risks associated with the influence of human factor on the results of verification; 5. Development of a solution to reduce the influence of the human factor during verification.The work was carried out on the basis of the mass sector of the mechanical measuring department of FBU "Test-St. Petersburg", where actual documentation was analyzed and mass comparator was verified. An analysis of risks and opportunities was carried out. Based on the analysis, it was proposed to implement a program for automatic verification to improve the quality of the verification process.
