Abstract

The theme of the graduate qualification work: "Improving the quality of the process of verification of rotameters of inhalation anesthesia devices."The subject of the study of the graduate qualification work is a float rotameter. In this work, a study was made of the influence of pressure and rarefaction on the readings of a rotameter. The purpose of the thesis is to substantiate the possibility and necessity of making changes to the verification method DA2.833.403D “Rotameters of inhalation anesthesia devices. Methodical instructions for verification "of 1982.The research method is a comparison of the measurement results of 100 rotameters verified by excess pressure and rarefaction. The paper will compare the errors of the measurement results, their average values, as well as the standard deviation of the identified error values. The results of the graduate qualification work will make it possible to make a proposal to the manufacturer of rotameters JSC Krasnogvardeets on making changes to the verification methodology. If the proposed changes are made, this will enable metrological services to independently choose the method of verification, determine the errors in rotameter readings by volume, and not just by flow, reduce the risks associated with possible accidents, which will increase labor safety, increase labor productivity and calibrate more devices in the same time, as well as increase the convenience of verification work for the verification officers themselves.
