
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Повышение качеÑтва процеÑÑа Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€ÐºÐ¸ ротаметров аппаратов ингалÑционного наркоза».Предметом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð’ÐšÐ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€ поплавковый. Ð’ работе проведено иÑÑледование влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð°. Цель дипломной работы – обоÑнование возможноÑти и необходимоÑти по внеÑению изменений в методику поверки дÐ2.833.403Д «Ротаметры аппаратов ингалÑционного наркоза. МетодичеÑкие ÑƒÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ поверке» от 1982 года.Метод иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ Ñравнение результатов измерений 100 ротаметров, поверенных избыточным давлением и разрежением. Ð’ работе будет проведено Ñравнение погрешноÑтей результатов измерений, их Ñредние значениÑ, а также ÑреднеквадратичеÑкое отклонение выÑвленных значений погрешноÑтей.Результаты ВКРпозволÑÑ‚ внеÑти предложение производителю ротаметров ÐО «КраÑногвардеец» о внеÑении изменений в методику поверки. ЕÑли предлагаемы Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±ÑƒÐ´ÑƒÑ‚ внеÑены, Ñто даÑÑ‚ возможноÑть метрологичеÑким Ñлужбам ÑамоÑтоÑтельного выбора метода Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€ÐºÐ¸, определÑть погрешноÑти показаний ротаметров по объёму, а не только по раÑходу, Ñократить риÑки, ÑвÑзанные Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ авариÑми, что повыÑит безопаÑноÑть труда, повыÑить производительноÑть труда и поверÑть большее количеÑтво приборов за то же Ñамое времÑ, а также повыÑит удобÑтво Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ по поверке Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñамих поверителей.
The theme of the graduate qualification work: "Improving the quality of the process of verification of rotameters of inhalation anesthesia devices."The subject of the study of the graduate qualification work is a float rotameter. In this work, a study was made of the influence of pressure and rarefaction on the readings of a rotameter. The purpose of the thesis is to substantiate the possibility and necessity of making changes to the verification method DA2.833.403D “Rotameters of inhalation anesthesia devices. Methodical instructions for verification "of 1982.The research method is a comparison of the measurement results of 100 rotameters verified by excess pressure and rarefaction. The paper will compare the errors of the measurement results, their average values, as well as the standard deviation of the identified error values.The results of the graduate qualification work will make it possible to make a proposal to the manufacturer of rotameters JSC Krasnogvardeets on making changes to the verification methodology. If the proposed changes are made, this will enable metrological services to independently choose the method of verification, determine the errors in rotameter readings by volume, and not just by flow, reduce the risks associated with possible accidents, which will increase labor safety, increase labor productivity and calibrate more devices in the same time, as well as increase the convenience of verification work for the verification officers themselves.
