Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «СтратегичеÑкое взаимодейÑтвие как фактор конкурентных преимущеÑтв». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена изучению возможноÑтей ÑтратегичеÑкого взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐºÐ¸ Ð·Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² конкурентных преимущеÑтв предприÑтиÑ. Предмет и объект иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ñтавлены на Ñлайде. Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹ конкурентных преимущеÑтв предприÑтиÑ. Предметом – ÑтратегичеÑкие взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ðº факторы конкурентных преимущеÑтв предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ (на примере отраÑли птицеводÑтва). Ð’ работе иÑÑледованы общетеоретичеÑкие аÑпекты ÑтратегичеÑкого взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ðº фактора конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти. Ð’ результате проведенной работы теоретичеÑкие аÑпекты применены Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð° оÑобенноÑтей конкурентных преимущеÑтв отраÑли птицеводÑтва. Оценка произведена Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ различных моделей. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ детального анализа отраÑли применены методы Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ñ€Ñ‚ ÑтратегичеÑких групп отраÑли и птицефабрики, метод SWOT-анализа, модель ÐдизеÑа, матрицы ÐнÑофа, ADL матрицы, модель «СтратегичеÑкие чаÑы» и Ñделаны ÑоответÑтвующие выводы. Ðвтором разработана методика Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑта ÑтратегичеÑкого взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð² ÑиÑтеме Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… преимущеÑтв предприÑтиÑ, ÑоÑтоÑÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð¸Ð· 4 Ñтапов, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð° применена на примере иÑÑледуемой организации. Ð’ работе оценена Ñтепень влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑтратегичеÑкого взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° формирование отдельных конкурентных преимущеÑтв, которые в результате были раÑпределены на три группы по Ñтепени влиÑниÑ, также определены Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑтратегичеÑкого взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð² отраÑли птицеводÑтва и конкретные необходимые мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ их развитию.
The theme of the final qualification work: "Strategic interaction as a factor of competitive advantages". This work is devoted to the study of the possibilities of strategic interaction from the point of view of the factors of the competitive advantages of the enterprise. The subject and object of research are presented on the slide. The object of research is the factors of competitive advantages of the enterprise. The subject is strategic interactions as factors of competitive advantages of an enterprise (on the example of the poultry industry). The paper studies the general theoretical aspects of strategic interaction as a factor of competitiveness. As a result of the work carried out, theoretical aspects were applied to analyze the features of the competitive advantages of the poultry industry. The assessment was made using various models. For a more detailed analysis of the industry, the methods of forming maps of the strategic groups of the industry and the poultry farm, the SWOT analysis method, the Adizes model, Ansof matrices, ADL matrices, the Strategic Clock model were applied and the corresponding conclusions were drawn. The author has developed a methodology for determining the place of strategic interaction in the system of forming the competitive advantages of an enterprise, consisting of 4 stages, which was applied on the example of the organization under study. The paper assesses the degree of influence of strategic interaction on the formation of individual competitive advantages, which as a result were divided into three groups according to the degree of influence, also identifies areas of strategic interaction in the poultry industry and specific necessary measures for their development.
