Abstract

Темой моей выпускной квалифицированной работы является: «Применение гидроцилиндров при автоматизации технологических процессов». В работе приведено подробное описание конструкции гидроцилиндров и их применение. Подробно проанализированы эластомерные материалы, из которых изготавливают уплотнительные кольца. Предметом исследования является автоматизация технологических процессов с использованием современных гидроцилиндров, в частности экспериментальный анализ характеристик трения новых эластомерных композиционных материалов, используемых для изготовления кольцевых уплотнений, находящихся в гидравлическом контакте с синтетическими рабочими жидкостями, работающими при высоких температурах. Основная цель магистерской работы - получение экспериментальных данных по износостойкости нового эластичного композиционного материала, используемого для изготовления О-образных уплотнений. Практическое значение. Полученные экспериментальные данные подтверждают перспективность использования новых упругих композитных материалов в качестве конструкционного материала уплотнений. Заключение. Исследуемый композицитный материал обладает высокой износостойкостью и может быть рекомендован в качестве конструкционного материала для изготовления манжет.

The theme of my final qualified work is: "The use of hydraulic cylinders in the automation of technological processes". The paper provides a detailed description of the design of hydraulic cylinders and their application. The elastomeric materials from which sealing rings are made are analyzed in detail. The subject of the study is the automation of technological processes using modern hydraulic cylinders, in particular, the experimental analysis of the friction characteristics of new elastomeric composite materials used for the manufacture of ring seals that are in hydraulic contact with synthetic working fluids operating at high temperatures. The main goal of the master's work is to obtain experimental data on the wear resistance of a new elastic composite material used for the manufacture of O-shaped seals. Practical value. The experimental data obtained confirm the promise of using new elastic composite materials as a structural material for seals. Conclusion. The studied composite material has a high wear resistance and can be recommended as a structural material for the manufacture of cuffs.
