Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Российско-китайские консульские отношения: правовые основы и тенденции развития».Данная работа посвящена изучению правовых основ установления консульских отношений между Россией и Китаем, сходства и различия объектов консульской защиты между Россией и Китаем, а также основы будущего развития консульских отношений между Россией и Китаем. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования:1.  Анализ особой геополитической обстановки между Россией и Китаем;2.  Проанализировать влияние международного права, касающегося консульских отношений, таких как Венская конвенция, на консульские отношения между Россией и Китаем;3.  Анализ влияния внутреннего законодательства России и Китая на зарубежные консульские услуги;4.  Анализ содержания и причин различных консульских услуг в России и Китае;5.  Оценка тенденции развития содержания консульских услуг в России и Китае в будущем.Работа проведена на анализе международных договоров, к которым присоединились Россия и Китай, и внутреннего законодательства двух стран.В результате используйте в качестве консульские отношения между Россией и Китаем строятся на правовой основе, международных конвенциях как основных нормах и внутренних законах двух стран как окончательном стандарте.

The theme of the final qualification work: "Russian-Chinese consular relations: legal foundations and development trends."This work is devoted to the study of the legal foundations for establishing consular relations between Russia and China, the similarities and differences in the objects of consular protection between Russia and China, as well as the foundations for the future development of consular relations between Russia and China. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:1. Analysis of the special geopolitical situation between Russia and China;2. Analyze the impact of international law relating to consular relations, such as the Vienna Convention, on consular relations between Russia and China;3. Analysis of the impact of the domestic legislation of Russia and China on foreign consular services;4. Analysis of the content and reasons for various consular services in Russia and China;5. Evaluation of the development trend of the content of consular services in Russia and China in the future.The work was carried out on the analysis of international treaties to which Russia and China have joined, and the domestic legislation of the two countries.As a result, consular relations between Russia and China are built on a legal basis, international conventions as the basic norms and domestic laws of the two countries as the final standard.
