Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Инновационные решения цифровой трансформации для оптимизации бизнес-процессов». Целью исследования является понятие актуальности цифровой трансформации на текущее время, а также тому, как с помощью неё можно оптимизировать бизнес-процессы компании. Исследование выполняется на базе обзора научных источников и информации, полученной от компании ООО “Ария ТВ”. Методы исследования: анализ данных, контентный и сравнительный анализы, метод аналогий, метод дедукции и качественной оценки, аналитический метод. Основные результаты исследования: ⎼ Описана общая концепция цифровой трансформации, её особенности, преимущества и недостатки; ⎼ Определено понятие инновации в бизнесе на текущий промежуток времени; ⎼ Описано имитационное моделирование и использовать его для оптимизации бизнес-процессов; ⎼ Сформулированы модели As Is и To Be для предприятия, а также оптимизировать инфраструктура. Областью применения результатов ВКРявляется логистическая и маркетинговая деятельность фирмы в цифровой экономике. Научной новизной исследования является проведение расчетов, показывающих наглядно, как открытие дополнительного склада повлияет на логистические бизнес-процессы фирмы. Анализ проводился методом математического моделирования с помощью программного обеспечения AnyLogic. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего развития исследования.

Theme of the master's thesis: work is«Innovative digital transformation solutions to optimize business processes». The purpose of the research is the concept of the relevance of digital transformation for the current time, as well as how it can be used to optimize the company's business processes. The study was carried out on the basis ofa review of scientific sources and information received from Aria TV LLC. Research methods: data analysis, content and comparative analysis, method of analogies, method of deduction and qualitative assessment, analytical method. The main results of the study: ⎼ Described the general concept of digital transformation, its features, advantages and disadvantages; ⎼ Defined the concept of innovation in business for the current period of time; ⎼ Described Simulation modeling and used it to optimize business processes; ⎼ Formulated The As Is and To Be models for the enterprise, and optimized the infrastructure. The field of application of results is the logistics and marketing activities of the company in the digital economy. The scientific novelty is the calculations that clearly show how the opening of an additional warehouse will affect the logistics business processes of the company. The analysis was carried out by mathematical modeling using AnyLogic software. Conclusions. The tasks of the dissertation have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined. The prospects and directions of further development of the study are substantiated.
