Abstract

В последние годы все больше компаний инвестируют в программы и цифровые решения связанные с развитием лидерства и повышением эффективности командной работы. Одной из ключевых компетенций лидерства является навык конструктивной коммуникации, который стал еще более актуален в период пандемии. Анализ исследований и проведенный опрос среди сотрудников компаний подтвердил, что недостаток навыка эффективной коммуникации среди руководителей и сотрудников является актуальной проблемой. Стартап проект Value 101 — это корпоративный трекер поведения, который нацелен на отработку навыков конструктивной коммуникации и улучшение командного взаимодействия для руководителей и подчиненных. Стартап проект ориентирован на российский рынок — компании среднего и большого размера. Целью данного исследования является разработка минимального жизнеспособного продукта цифрового решения, а создание бизнес-модели и разработка рекомендаций по коммерциализации продукта на B2B рынке. В ходе работы было проведено тестирование прототипа корпоративного трекера в компаниях, а также проведено Customer Development исследование. В результате полученной обратной связи, был доработан прототип цифрового решения, а также разработан функционал и пользовательский интерфейс мобильного приложения Valuе 101.

In recent years, more companies are investing in programs and digital solutions related to leadership development and teamwork efficiency. One of the key competencies of leadership is the skill of constructive communication, which has become even more relevant during the pandemic. Analysis of studies and a survey among company employees confirmed that the lack of effective communication skills among managers and employees is an urgent problem. Startup project Value 101 is a corporate behavior tracker aimed at developing constructive communication skills and improving teamwork for managers and subordinates. The startup project is focused on the Russian market — medium and large companies. The purpose of this study is to develop a minimum viable product of digital solution, and to create a business model and develop recommendations for commercializing the product in the B2B market. In the course of the work, a prototype of a corporate tracker was tested in companies, and a Customer Development study was conducted. As a result of the feedback received, a prototype of the digital solution was finalized, and the functionality and user interface of the Value 101 mobile application were developed.
